It was my pleasure to stay at the Beaconsfield Inn. The innkeepers were the
friendliest people, it was like I was visiting friends there as well. I would
recommend staying at the Beaconsfield Inn to everyone that I know is going to
Victoria. Made me what to come for a visit again soon!!! Within walking distance
to where you want to go!!!!

From the moment we drove into the gated garden we knew we were in for a treat.
We arrived well before check-in but the service started right away and continued
right till we left 7 days later in the wee hours of the morning long before
business even started. Arland gives the Inn its gentle soul he is truly charming
and helpful far beyond what is required. The rooms are unique each and every one
from the decor to the layouts. My favorite place was the library it was so
peaceful and in the afternoon tea and sherry flowed and the fire place danced
quietly. Warren and Gary also added a flare of playfulness to the Inn being
helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to go. Another important
note was I have some food allergies (gluten and lactose) and everyone went out
of thier way to make sure all my needs were met even at tea time which was
awesome. Every morning there was something special and all my my meals were
adapted to what I could eat. I was very impressed!!! My husband and I enjoyed
our selves very much it was a trip we needed it had been over 6 years since we
had last been away just the 2 of us so the Beaconsfield made it truly a trip to
remember. Oh I am returning in June for a girls Spa Weekend can't wait. Thanks
everyone see you soon....

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the Beaconsfield Inn
recently and it was absolutely wonderful. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly
staff make you feel right at home. It was our first visit to Victoria and were
happy to find an abundance tourism information right at our fingertips in our
room and the front entrance of the Inn. We loved the gourmet breakfast, sherry
in the library in the evenings, warm and cozy rooms and jetted tub. I would
highly recommend the Beaconsfield Inn to friends and family. It is an easy walk
to downtown and to Cook Street which is a very nice area. I would not stay
anywhere else in Victoria!

Had a surprise stay for my hubby. The staff was very cooperative and hospitable!
Turned out we had the whole house to ourselves on a Sunday stay and it was
great. Very quiet area. But yet close to dwtn Victoria. Gourmet breakfast was
very delicious. It was like being in a museum there were so much detail in the
house it was nice to even stay in and explorer. Sherry in the evening was great
to end the evening off. Will definitely recommend and stay again. |
