Absolutely nothing but compliments for the staff and
about the hotel. The location is excellent, a block off
of the busy Inner Harbour and so much quieter, but still
very convenient. Very clean and quiet building with
secure underground parking. Our room was spacious and
well appointed with a great little kitchen, very
comfortable beds, a great bathroom and a decent balcony
to boot. As an added bonus there is a really good free
breakfast included and a nice sunny dining area in which
to enjoy it. We'll happily return for another stay.

With just one day to spend in Victoria we chose to tour
the Butchart Gardens and then settled in at the Best
Western Plus Inner Harbor. For the rest of the day we
walked everywhere, took a horse and carriage ride
through the historic area of the city, had a delicious
meal at Pescaore's, a night cap at the Irish Times Pub
and watched a street performer down at the waterfront.
Victoria is a charming city and we were made to feel
very welcome. Thanks to some wonderful folks we met on
the ferry coming over from Vancouver, it was easy to
have a delightful time. Even being so close to the ferry
on Sunday morning helped!

What a great location for a Best Western. We had a great
Ocean view with a balcony. Could walk many places we
wanted to go. It is great. The staff were friendly.

For what I paid for, I have zero complaints. The staff
was very accommodating, and the Penthouse had a real
wood fireplace in it, which I was very impressed with.
They even brought us extra logs when I requested them.
The beds were also very soft. We had been in when
housekeeping had already finished for the day, but when
we requested new towels when we went out for dinner and
a night out, the beds were made too and the old towels
taken away. I was more then impressed. When I asked for
checkout to be pushed back by an hour, they allowed it
without question.

Great property, with friendly smiling staff, very
accommodating and great location. It was a very pleasant
1 night stay 4 in our party, very quiet, great
housekeeping standards, nice little kitchen, balcony.
Thank goodness for its underground parking, even with my
high 4 wheel vehicle still made a 1 inch clearance. Alot
of quality for the value. Kudos Joanne your hands-on
presence clearly shines in your property.
