I stayed at the Laurel Point Inn Victoria as part of a
professional retreat and enjoyed every moment of my
stay. The catered meals were superb, the rooms were
clean and comfortable and the Hotel
staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I look
forward to returning to the Inn soon.

The prospect of spending a week at a hotel for business
(mainly) fills me with fear and loathing - I like my
HOME comforts. Happily, the Laurel Point Inn Victoria
made this task really quite pleasurable. Large rooms and
comfy beds, nice views of the Harbour, an excellent
in-house resto (Aura), good catering, and very pleasant,
quick, and personalized service: really excellent and
responsive staff.
It's also within easy walking distance of downtown
Victoria and there are a couple of nice restos within a
five minute walk, so you're not in the middle of nowhere
with your colleagues. The only upgrades I would suggest
to management are HD TV, better non-feather pillows, and
a larger exercise room (although the equipment is very
high quality).

Laurel Point Inn Victoria, Good location. The view is so
impressing. Staff is friendly and caring. Good value. We
made the right Hotel choice.

This was our 2nd stay at the Inn At Laurel Point and the
outcome was notably better than our first trip. As
before, the Hotel location
is excellent. However, this time we were given a better
room in a newer part of the hotel. The view was nicer,
with the delightful expanse of the harbour clearly
visible. Really nice.
The king sized bed was just fine as was the shower,
which, like before, was strong, hot and delightful. Not
to be picky, but the water flow of the taps in the sinks
was quite the opposite. Really flimsy and weak. Odd,
that is.
we did not use the restaurant but did use the fitness
room, which is small, lightly equipped but usable. One
thing to keep in mind is that the sliding glass door in
the fitness room will open to the harbour's fresh air.
Just remember to close it and lock it!
we got a great price on
allure-hotels.com and the hotel upgraded us
for free, as we had stayed there before. Quite nice.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at the Laurel Point
inn Hotel in 10 years, and
it remains one of my all time favourite hotels. A great
place to unwind, extremely tasteful rooms, friendly and
considerate service, plenty of great walks right outside
the door, and easy access to downtown Victoria.
Looking forward to return visits in the future. Get one
of the larger rooms in the Ericson wing for a special
treat and enjoy the views from the balcony |
