Guest Review of the Ramada Inn Victoria BC

I had a great stay here last week. Caroline at the front desk was very gracious in checking me in and helping with directions. She certainly helps you feel good about your choice to stay here. The balconies are a nice touch too. I won't say they've got a great view but it's just nice to be able to get some fresh air. My room was a good size and the bed super comfy. I slept great. There's ample parking, both above and underground. It's a quick 2 or 3 Km into the city so drive it in minutes or walk in 20 either works. Remember the price point of this hotel and you can be very happy with your stay. I would stay here again.

It is rated as a 2 star but I think it should be labeled as a 3 star. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. I paid through priceline and got it for a smoking $40 bucks. It is a drive to the City but if one wanted a brisk walk it could be done. I would recommend staying here to everyone.

Its been a while since I have stayed at the hotel again. I was amazed at all the changes and renovations. Customer service was great and not to mention their restaurant food was exquisite. I definitely would recommend this hotel. I will be coming again!

We stayed at this hotel in Victoria, the staff here are wonderful. We felt so at home, the person working the front desk greeted us each time we walked by, making us feel very welcome. We will be returning!

We came to visit Victoria from Vancouver on our bikes, and the hotel staff has been very kind and available in finding a safe place to store the bikes (they let us leave them in an unused conference room). Rooms are spacious and fairly clean, and reasonably protected against noise from outside. Biking from there to the city centre is only 10 min., which was ideal for us. Bathroom was not very big, but we had a bathtub, which is always a plus in our opinion.
Overall, this hotel is in a tranquil location, not far from the city centre, and above all, has very affordable prices.

The parking lot is way to small. even handicap parking was always occupied by non handicap drivers. Rooms are OK, pool looked all right but it was to chill to swim.
the bar was dirty, there was a kind of stand up comedian contest going on. not clean, dirty glasses ...
On the parking there were always hanging strange, and some drunken peoples around. that doesn't give the hotel clients a friendly impression and welcome.
i think there are safer neighborhoods in this city. But after all it was a good stay, the rooms made it worth well. ( and the friendly receptionist too)
