Review of the Accent Inn Victoria

Satisfied with the hotel except for the beds. We have stayed at the hotel twice
within the last year and although we stayed in different rooms, the beds were
uncomfortable and gave us both extreme back aches in the morning. Overall
everything else was great. The hotel is located close to a shopping centre and
not far from downtown. Lots of family restaurants close by.

We picked this hotel because it said it was dog friendly and we were very happy
with our choice. Our double queen room was very roomy and there was plenty of
space for three adults and the dog and her kennel.

The Accent fulfills the expectations of what a good budget hotel should be.
Clean, no frills, good price. I booked for one night but added an additional
night two days in a row for a 3 night stay. I appreciated the fact that the room
did not smell heavily of carpet freshener. The staff do a good job of cleaning
without covering odours with perfumed products.

We have stayed at the Accent Inns in several cities. They are always in a great
location, especially for anyone using the airport nearby. They have a great
shuttle service - have used it several times when travelling to the Vancouver
Airport (we stay at the Richmond Accent Inn, they allow us to leave our car,
then we take a shuttle to the Airport). Everything works like clockwork!
The rooms are always clean, well supplied. Free internet in the lobby was really
great, and we used it to check emails rather than carry a PC. Had free coffee in
the lobby too.
We have had recommended the Accent Inns to several friends, and they have all
thanked us. Victoria Accent Inn is really close to town and to shopping. Loads
of parking. Esp pretty at Christmas time, as they really go to town on the
decorating.
Really recommend this hotel, as it is great value, and has everything you need.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our visit to Victoria - and thanks to
Accent Inn for providing such a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. We have a two
year old so being out of his element often leads to sleepless nights, but thanks
to the cot provided and the quiet room, he slept right through and was so happy
to have breakfast next door. The location is great too - found it very handy to
be so close to a shopping center, and a short drive into town. Definitely
recommend this place for families or anyone wanting quality, well-priced
accommodation in Victoria

My stay at the Accent Inn was wonderful. Lindsay and Robin Holden were able for
me to stay there when I was in Victoria. My son was in Palliative care at the
Royal Jubilee hospital. You also made it possible for my family to come into my
room when they arrived in Victoria. Your kindness and your caring was absolutely
great. I am sure my family may ask to stay at the Accent Inn during the funeral
and memorial services. Thank you for all your support.

Before booking I researched quite a bit online and Accent Inn in Victoria seemed
to be well received by guests. We stayed there a week and loved the service from
free shuttle downtown several times a day, complimentary papers, computer with
internet in lobby, good restaurant onsite, wonderful staff, great location,
convenient to buses, etc.
We recommend this hotel quite highly and will definitely stay there again when
we return.
