We were in Victoria in March, and on the rainiest weekend. They gave us
big umbrellas and tips on good indoor places to visit. The location is
so terrific that even in the downpour it was a nice walk to the Royal BC
Museum or the harbour. The breakfast had a nice variety and good
service. The rooms were quiet and clean and had everything we needed.

we go back every year because of the friendly staff, great breakfast,
comfortable beds, and easy access to everything in the inner harbour we
just love it.

This is my 3rd trip to Victoria. I like the beautiful view in the city,
surrounded a lot of flowers. I have stayed Best Western chain hotel in
U.S.A. I'm Japanese woman. Nice to meet you.

Very friendly staff. $145 for a king bed, harbour view. About half the
leaves were off the trees (in the park between the hotel and harbour) so
the view was great! I was on the top floor and would think that when the
trees have all their leaves you would still get a pretty good view.
Very friendly breakfast girl (continental but they would make you an egg
and mad what ever toast you wanted). Right next door to the Hotel Grand
Pacific ($210 for same room/view although it was newer/fancier; if
that's what you like) Short walk to the government
buildings/bridge/downtown
Will definitely stay there again.

We spent 3 nights in Victoria, BC and stayed at the Best Western Inner
Harbour. The location was excellent and very close to shopping, dining,
and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable and the rate
included free breakfast. Highly recommended.

I booked two nights at the Best Western Inner Harbour for my husband's
and my 42nd Anniversary. The hotel is only about half a block from the
ferry docks, so was an easy walk for us. From the minute we entered the
hotel we were treated like royalty. We had a lovely room and the bed was
one of the most comfortable we have slept in at a hotel. The shower was
also a plus - constant hot water and no lack of pressure. A couple
hic-ups we had were that the t.v. control and hair dryer didn't work,
but friendly staff immediately gave us new ones with great apologies for
our inconveniences.
The one thing my husband and I wish the hotel had is a coffee shop. The
breakfast buffet was nice, but it would have been better if we could
have had a place in the hotel for regular meals.
I highly recommend the Best Western Inner Harbour in Victoria for anyone
wanting a comfortable place to stay, within easy walking distance of
town and the museums.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed one night at this very
pleasant hotel in a convenient location in downtown Victoria. Our room
was very comfortable and quiet. The beds were the most comfortable I
have ever experienced.! I wish we could have stayed longer! We had a
little kitchen too but didn't really need it. A wonderful breakfast was
included - with many choices and a very friendly staff person to serve
us. This was a very quick visit and sadly we didn't even have time to
use the hot tub - but it looked very nice. The location was very
convenient to the Government Buildings, the docks and the Empress Hotel
(walking distance). Free underground parking was also included. The
person who checked us in wasn't overly friendly but everyone else was
that we met as well as many other residents in Victoria that we met on
our travels. An absolutely beautiful destination - even in November!

We stayed for 9 nights during Christmas. The view from the 7th floor was
awesome, we loved watching the ferries come and go. Underground parking
was secure, and we left the rental car there most of the time while we
walked all over Victoria. The breakfast was great (and included!) with
friendly service, particularly the young lady who worked on Xmas
morning. We were thrilled to find a Christmas present outside our room
on Dec 25- a mug filled with goodies. We use the mug everyday , and have
the beautiful magnet of Victoria lights on the fridge. The only negative
was the $15 per night utensil charge-it seems unfair to have a
kitchenette with such limited use. Overall, we would not hesitate to
stay there again.
