This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. New owners are renovating the
inside completely. I stayed in one of the new suites and it is
beautiful. Complete kitchens with granite counter tops, Plasma TV's in
living room and bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The
pool was closed because they are refinishing it but it will be open in
about a month. Will definitely stay again when I visit Victoria.

I decided to stay at this hotel due to the location and price. I was a
little concerned on how nice it would be but once I arrived I was
pleasantly surprised. The room was a suite with everything we needed.
Its not the Ritz , the room was dated but clean. And the staff was
friendly. The pool was great. Clean, indoor, and nice pool temp. I would
recommend this hotel to anyone.

I paid $80 for a Friday night stay.
I just didn't feel comfortable here. It felt like people lived here as a
primary residence. The guests didn't seem like tourists.
Maybe this is the best deal you can get in Victoria on a weekend night;
but the room felt so uninviting
I just didn't feel comfortable. Nothing bad happened.
I hardly complain ... so for me to complain about something is a big
deal.
The staff was nice ... but they can't help the type of feeling I had
here.
