I came to this hotel with my family last week. The hotel itself is clean, inviting and has been fairly recently decorated. The rooms were also all spacious and clean, with TV, coffee maker etc. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice too. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and it was good value for money and tasty, with good service. The only downside for my family and I was the hotel location. It was about a 20 minute walk from the start of the shopping/sightseeing part of Victoria, which isn't too far, but I travelled with some elderly family who found this a little far to stroll to town! Taxis weren't too expensive to/from hotel though, costing about 6.50. Internet access and parking available.

Very average for the price, Location farther from downtown than we anticipated but ample free parking a plus. Has an indoor pool with spa tub, an exercise room, and a self-service business center with high-speed Internet access. Guest laundry facilities, a beer and wine store in the parking lot and quite close to a large mall if shopping is an interest

We had a room with two Queen beds for our family of four. The room was very comfortably sized with nice Serta beds. Perhaps our late arrival around 10:30pm was a bit late, but the reception desk only had one person so check-in was a bit of a wait. This resulted in the clerk being very rushed (near the end of his shift). There is plenty of parking outside the hotel, including underground parking which is not well advertised. The swimming pool in the basement parking level is a bit odd but still nice for the family. The Shark Club Bar & Grill is attached adjacent to the hotel I was able to watch a hockey game.

It is a nice budget hotel, especially good if you are travelling with a family and small kids. Their suites are spacy and comfortable. We stayed there with two little kids and used there kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge and dishes extensively). So if you need to use these things by chance, this hotel is perfect. The hotel is a couple of miles away from the downtown Victoria core and it takes about 10 minutes in a car to get to parliament building, harbour, etc. Hotel parking is free. The only thing bad about the room we stayed in was that the stove was really old and knobs were coming out.
The front desk staff was friendly.

Great stay, came from Toronto and wanted to have a solid budget hotel. This exceeded our expectation! People were friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, seemed to be newly renovated. Only 3 minutes from downtown, I recommend it!

I loved this hotel. We spent two wonderful nights here.

The room was big and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. In the room, we had a kitchenette and a small living room area with a couch and a TV. It was very comfortable.

The pool is large and clean and the water was just warm enough.

The hotel itself is just far enough from downtown Victoria to be relaxing and still close enough to enjoy the sights of the city.

I reserved a room, and was told it was the last room available, but not that it was a smoking room..
Needless to say it was not a good stay and i had to air out the luggage when I got home.
The lounge/restaurant is very busy at night. A perfect spot to have a lively meal.
