My first stay with you was about 15 years ago.
For a facility claiming 5 star, I'm thinking some up grades are in order.
When we arrived there were 5 microwaves laying in the hallway on our floor. The
balcony needs much work to be where you think you are. .....Hotel

We've stayed in dozens of hotels all around the world, but none have been as
lovely as this one. We have a fine house, but when we got home, I actually
missed this hotel. Amazing......Hotel
