We booked through Expedia and actually received a call from the hotel
confirming connecting rooms. When we arrived their was hesitancy from
check in staff and we were told they had no confirmation of our booking.
We had booked for the concierge floor but were informed there was
nothing available. ....Hotel

Spent 3 nights here on holiday in BC. Hotel is just behind the Empress
and centrally located for all attractions in Victoria and the Ferry to
US and Vancouver. Were in Executive Room which has twin aspect views out
of window, the room was roomy and comfortable as you would expect in a
Marriott.....Hotel
