Guest Services at the Royal Scot Hotel Victoria
Business Services
Guests mixing work with pleasure can take advantage of our wide range of
business services provided through our concierge and front desk team. Business
services are available daily between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm
We provide the following services upon request, but are not limited to:

• Photocopying
• CD Burning
All services are charged with a nominal fee, ask for a list of services and
rates at our front desk.
Indoor Swimming Pool, Hydrotherapy Pool,
Saunas and Exercise Room
Guests of The Royal Scot Suite Hotel enjoy our beautiful indoor pool, new whirl
pool, sauna and exercise room featuring a tread mill, stationary bike,
elliptical trainer and various weight machines. In both the lady's and
gentlemen's change rooms you will find keyed lockers and pool towels.
Billiards & Games Room
Just around the corner from the Royal Scot Suite Hotel pool you will find our
billiards room complete with a size billiards table and an assortment of
electronic video games. Billiards is free to all guests staying in the hotel and
the equipment can be picked up from our front desk.
Restaurant & Lounge
Jonathan's Restaurant is open to serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room
service is available from 7:00 AM until 9:00 PM. A room service menu and price
list has been provided in your suite.
Gift Shop
Royal Scot Suite Hotel gift shop features original artwork and a selection of
fine foods. You will also find a wide variety of personal and sundry items,
local and international newspapers, magazines, postcards and paperback novels.
If you feel like relaxing in your suite, VCR's and movies are available for
rent.
Guest Coin Laundry
Same day laundry and valet service is available through the Royal Scot Suite
Hotel. Laundry bags and pick up time schedules are provided in your suite. For
your convenience, there are two coin operated Laundromats located within the
hotel; one on the lower level and one in the manor wing. Change can be obtained
from the front desk, and if you didn’t bring any detergent, our gift shop will
be able to help you with that.
Courtesy Shuttle
Our courtesy shuttle service is for the exclusive convenience of our guests and
runs from the Royal Scot Suite Hotel to Victoria downtown core anytime between 7
am and 10:30 pm. Transportation to places such as the bus depot, the Clipper and
Coho Ferries as well as float plane docks are all within range. Downtown
shopping, restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance, but if
preferred a courtesy shuttle drop off or pick up can be arranged.
Our shuttle is operated on a first come first serve basis.
Royal Scot Suite Hotel Parking
Parking is available in either of the main parking lots, or covered parking area
which is secured at 5pm. We are proud to offer complimentary parking, and if
preferred, valet parking is also available. |
